Here is something fun. It's almost two. I have been working on dumb maple because I'm dumb for way too long. The thing is is that this assignment was more of a "can you stick it out, bitch" assignment than a "let's learn" assignment. Tomorrow's goals include not falling asleep in _any_ classes, getting a job, staying awake, not dying, and hopefully getting real paid (not money for me money that has been already paid to the z-o-o).

I am addicted to blogs, and that said, I get a warm fuzziness when people link to me. I'll be strolling along (and by strolling along i mean sitting in my chair with my pants unbuttoned), and then someone with a blog will be all "Here is a link to alexis" and then my insides get snuggled.

Another item of note is that I have two (yes, not just one, but two, it's under three) one year flickr pro accounts. I would like to get rid of these, for karma etc. Also, I like stalking people by the pictures they take. SO if you would like to start taking more pictures, sometimes flickr can be inspiring towards that.

One thing I thought about at work today was do i have goals and what are these goals I can claim as mine. This is what I came up with. It's similar to 43 things, but on that site I try to post goals I think I can accomplish and these are more like "Yes someday I hope to..."...

  • learn a few languages
    1. german
    2. italian
    3. french
    4. spanish
    5. russian
    6. japanese
  • travel lots
  • give to charities
  • photograph well
  • cut processed foods down
and related to broad goal read more, I *did* finally finish A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius. I plan on reading... after finals... probably lots.

I would like to take this summer to play with toys and ride bikes, maybe hang out a little. I am going to try and remember to not eat out, to pack my lunch, to take pictures.
